City Park Hotel offers quality three star accommodation in Reykjavik

The building, was totally renovated in 2016 with a modern design.

  • 57 well equipped rooms with all the amenities to make your stay enjoyable..
  • All rooms have hardwood parquet floors, black-out curtains, well sound-insulated according to Icelandic building standards and with windows that can be opened so you can enjoy the fresh Icelandic air.

All bathrooms at the City Park Hotel are well equipped with a shower.

A range of toiletries, a hair dryer is provided and bathrobes and slippers are also provided in our junior suite and superior rooms.

City Park Hotel is a non-smoking hotel.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations of direct bookings are only valid if reconfirmed in writing by City Park Hotel.

Cancellation for individuals

  • To avoid a cancellation fee reservations must be cancelled until 14:00 (GMT), 48 hours before the day of arrival.
  • Reservation will be charged for 2 night if not canceled before 14:00 (GMT), 48 hours before the day of arrival.
  • No show reservations will be charged for the entire reservation.
  • Prepaid and non-refundable reservation are not refunded unless cancelled with-in 24 hour of the creation of the reservation.

Cancellation for groups

  • To avoid cancellation fee the cancellation should be sent no later than 8 weeks prior to arrival date.
  • If the cancellation is received between 8 and 4 weeks prior to arrival day the group shall pay 50% of total charge.
  • If cancellation is received within 4 weeks the group shall pay 100% of total charge.
  • Partial cancellation (30% or less) of a group are free of charge until 4 weeks before arrival.
  • Partial cancellation (10% or less) of a group are free of charge until 1 weeks before arrival.
  • Cancellations must be sent in writing and reconfirmed by City Park Hotel in writing to be valid.
  • It is the responsibility of the guest to send cancellations in time.
